Fitted for the Walterscheid Easy Fit Steering System

The scope of delivery includes 1x power steering adapter ZWL-KBA-KU, 2x spacer, 1x screw M20X50 (order number: 8004805), 2x spring type straight pin 16X100ISO8752 (order number: 8004909) and 1x bolt (order number: 8005651).

Power steering system ZWL50 according to ISO 26402.

The presence of fixing points for the power steering adapter is provided on site. The selection of themouning screws (quality 10.9) and the spacers must be made according to the selected power steering component. When using two adapters on a insert of drawbar (left and right), the lower securing bolt must be replaced at the catching device with the locking pin with flat collar (order number: 8005651) already included in the scope of delivery. If necessary, drill holes for the dowel pins 16x100. Furthermore, the appropriate forced power steering components depend on the position of the steering rod on the device.

All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
The assignment, assembly and use of this model requires a detailed preliminary examination by qualified personnel. It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
