This product is a non-automatic trailer coupling. With regard to the jaw dimensions and the area of use, it complies with DIN 11028, RREG 2009/144/EC, VO (EU) 2015/208, UN ECE R147 and class c40. In normal position is the coupling in closed and locked position. In this version it has a cylindrical pin D=31 mm and can be privoted through 360°. The torque required for this purpose being 100 to 150 Nm. The range of application extends to the use on agricultural or forestry vehicles, self-propelled work machines or trailers.

The scope of delivery includes 1x coupling clevis type KU5410/750ZB335.

Horizontal fixing pins (order number: 8002410) are not included in the delivery.

Suitable for towing eyes according to DIN 11026 (ISO 5692-2)/ DIN 11043/ DIN 74054 (ISO 8755)/ DIN 74053 (ISO 1102)/ DIN 9678 (ISO 5692-1) and „Schweizer Zugöse“.
If necessary, use appropriate washers to position the coupling.
The coupling is suitable for two different mounting situations. It is built as standard for brackets on vehicles with a distance of 128 mm. By exchanging the right and left bearing plate during assembly it can also be used for btrackets with a distance of 138 mm.

All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.

It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
