The model has a fix integrated ball, which is replaceable up to 2 times D=80 mm. The catch device with centering function and the retainer are forged. In addition, the retainer is tool-free adjustable. This model is fitted for the Walterscheid Changing System.

The scope of delivery includes 1x Ball top part KBAW0 and 2x clamping sleeves (order number: 8004781).

The fastening screws M16 ISO4014 (DIN931) grade 10.9 are to be selected depending on the beam thickness according to Table 1. If required, an additional securing plate for the safety chain must also be ordered (order number: 8002921).

Length of fixing screws M16 ISO4014 DIN931 Quality 10.9 is depending on thickness of the base body.
The ball D=80 mm can be replaced (by authorized workshops) up to 2 times.

All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.

It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
