By mounting power steering system, adjustable support can be used up to 20 kN steering power . The model has a fix integrated ball, which is replaceble up to 2 times D=80 mm. It is for adjustable couplings. The catch device with centering function and the retainer are forged. In addition the retainer is tool-free adjustable. Our product is usable for Easy Fit Steering System.
The scope of delivery includes 1x Quick adjustable support KU345WKK2.

Suitable for connection to ball-type trailer shanks 80 according to ISO 24347.
The ball D=80 mm can be replaced (by authorized workshops) up to 2 times.
By mounting power steering system type ZWL50KUN-W15 (order number: 8005409) or type ZWL50KUN (order number: 8005408), adjustable support can be used together with ZKK50-M30x2 (order number: 8004721) up to 20 kN steering power per adjustable support or with type ZWL30W15KU-KBA-AS (order number: 8004825) or type ZWL30KU-KBA-AS (order number: 8004824) up to 20 kN.
The ball D=80 mm can be replaced (by authorized workshops) up to 2 times.
By mounting power steering system type ZWL50KUN-W15 (order number: 8005409) or type ZWL50KUN (order number: 8005408), adjustable support can be used together with ZKK50-M30x2 (order number: 8004721) up to 20 kN steering power per adjustable support or with type ZWL30W15KU-KBA-AS (order number: 8004825) or type ZWL30KU-KBA-AS (order number: 8004824) up to 20 kN.
Instructions for certificates: Installation of coupling parts must be checked and approved by an recognized expert

Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.

It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
