This product is an insert of drawbar. The ball coupling 80 dimensions and field of application complying with ISO 24347, VO (EU) 2015/208 and regulation UN ECE R147, class a80. In its normal state, the device is in coupled and locked position. Furthermore, it is suitable for the connection to coupling heads 80 according to ISO 24347, respectively UN ECE R147, class b80. The range of application extends to the use on agricultural or forestry vehicles.

The scope of delivery includes 1x insert of drawbar KBa8344OBW15 with single homologation and mounted ball top part, 8x distance plate (order number: 8004814) and 2x spacer block (order number: 8004815).

Suitable for connection to ball-type trailer shanks 80 according to ISO 24347.

If required, the hole D can be extended from 27.5mm to 32.25mm.
Alternatively the hole D can be reduced from 32.25mm to 27,5 mm using a bush (order number: 8005562)
The ball D=80 mm can be replaced (by authorized workshops) up to 2 times.

For adjustable supports with rail size W = 329/32 / 25mm please order also insert of drawbar support (G) (order number: 8004808 or 8005108)

If required, please order adjustable drawbar support (order number: 8004812) for screw connection M16 or adjustable drawbar support (order number: 8004813) for screw connection M20.

Instructions for certificates: Installation of coupling parts must be checked and approved by an recognized expert
according to section 4 of Annex VIIIb to the StVZO based at the information of delivered certificates

Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
