This product is a calotte suitable for connection with a coupling ball D=80 mm (ISO 24347). The range of application extends to the use on agricultural or forestry trailers.

The scope of delivery includes 1x calotte ZKK80-375VS.

The ball coupling can be connected directly to the frame parts or to the pulling device of the trailer by welding.This must be done according to the applicable regulations and this must be approved. Please note that the shaft of the calotte must be preheated to a temperature of 250°C before the start of welding. The requirements of the assessment group B according to DIN EN 25817 apply to the weld seam quality.

All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
